HOTEL ROYAUME PROJECT IN ALGIERS (ALGERIA)

It is a business hotel located in an area very close to Algiers International Airport, called Oued Smar, and well positioned just off the main highway communication with the center of Algiers and other major cities in Algeria.

The program requested by the client requires 100 rooms available, and as many parking spaces, plus the rest of a regular program for this type of facility, incorporating access areas and reception, buffet and gourmet restaurant, cafeteria and business center mainly as an outdoor air in the plot of exclusive use of the hotel.

Its sober lines and its minimalist design, accompany this idea that is developed now for a floor area of over 10,000 m2, of which 6,000 m2 are above ground for typical uses of the hotel, and the rest in two basements which house the 100 spaces requested parking and laundry areas, changing rooms and other technical areas and services of this type of accommodations, scheduled for a category 4 stars.

A nice design of decor and a careful choice of materials and furnishings, ensure a pleasant and functional environment for future users.
