EUROASIA. MADRID

When we undertook this project our client transmits that it was promoting the construction of a new and unique setting in which the basic elements of an eastern city faithfully from breeding in large outside Madrid municipality. This also implies a “profound revitalization of the economy and the visibility of this vibrant town in the outskirts of Madrid.”

The project was initially rolled out in an external field, substantially trapezoidal shape, extending along about 3 km along a fast track, with an average width of 1 km., And a total area more than 300 Ha .

The proposal rests on seven major cornerstones underpinning the development of this mini-metropolis, which uses raised were distributed:

Thematic City (commercial, cultural and leisure tertiary uses): The theme City wants to be a recreation of a small Asian city where, in one space, the main icons of this ancient and magical culture are present, allowing the experience of lasting world, so unique and so different from our traditions. A journey where no detail is left to chance and where the rigor applied to the historical and cultural replication, building cultural programming and animation are a constant concern.
